Participation in Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week

We are excited to announce our participation in Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (BBFW) for the second consecutive year in April 2025. Sachiko Tsutsui’s bridal collection will be showcased as one of the highlight brands from the owner company, KURAUDIA. 

Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week is one of the largest bridal fashion events held annually in Barcelona, Spain. Each year, over 400 brands and companies from around the world present their latest bridal collections. This prestigious event attracts approximately 24,000 visitors from various countries, who come to enjoy fashion shows featuring world-renowned designers and trade shows presented by numerous brands in their booths

Recently, we traveled to Barcelona for a meeting with the organizer of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week. It was great to reconnect with the team we worked with last year. During the meeting, we discussed the design of our stand and exchanged updated information with each other. The view from the office was breathtaking; we could look down at the vast, empty event hall. We were excited, imagining how this space would soon be filled with thousands of visitors, exhibitors, and millions of dresses.

Sachiko Tsutsui will showcase her latest collection at the trade show during Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week. This collection, known as the Sachiko Tsutsui Barcelona collection, is her second global offering. Our stand at the trade show presents a wonderful opportunity to see and experience her dresses, which reflect her artistic sensibilities and her Japanese heritage.

Sachiko Tsutsui launched her first global bridal line, the "Barcelona Collection," in 2024. The latest, second collection features a three-dimensional design that gives the illusion of flat fabric protruding, achieved through sophisticated techniques. It presents abstractly a solemn yet beautiful aesthetic, reminiscent of the elegant way a single OBI is tied when dressing in a kimono. This unique design reflects the refined sensibility that only a designer with Sachiko Tsutsui's Japanese background can bring. She conveys her artistic vision in her dresses through her extensive experience and skilled techniques.
